Firearm Special Orders & Sourcing

While we pride ourselves on a robust inventory, we know we can’t stock every model a customer might be looking for. If you’re searching for a specific or hard-to-find firearm, our Special Order & Sourcing service is here to help. Simply submit a firearm request with the details of the gun you want, and our team will tap into our network of distributors to find your item. We will provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote and manage the entire transfer process. This guide outlines the simple, four-step process.

Step 1: Submit Your Request Form

  • Fill out the form below with as much detail as possible about the firearm you’re looking for, including the manufacturer, model, caliber, and SKU or UPC if you have it. The more information you provide, the faster we can find it.
  • Ensure the firearm complies with current Massachusetts regulations. If requesting a handgun, confirm the exact model appears on the Massachusetts “Approved Firearms Roster.”
  • Important Note: Presence on the roster does not necessarily guarantee full Massachusetts compliance. Verify carefully: Approved Firearms Rosters

Step 2: We Source Your Firearm & Provide a Quote

  • Our team will get to work searching for your item. Once we locate it and confirm availability, we will contact you via email with a complete, all-inclusive price quote.
  • In Stock Firearms typically take 3 business days from request approval to arrive at CFC Tactical. An exact timeline will be provided in your request confirmation email.

Step 3: You Approve & Pay

  • If you approve the quote, we will arrange payment through GunTab, our secure escrow service. Once your payment is secured, we will place the order with our distributor.
  • To initiate the process, please complete our Firearm Request Form below. Once filled out, wait for confirmation and approval from terry@cfctactical.com.

Step 4: FFL Transfer & Pickup

  • Once the firearm arrives, the process is one of the following:
  • We contact you to schedule an appointment for pickup and to complete all necessary state and federal paperwork.
  • We ship the requested firearm to the listed FFL in your request form.

Important Considerations:

  • A sourcing fee or a non-refundable deposit may be required for certain rare or high-value items. This will be clearly stated in your price quote.
  • All special orders are subject to federal, state, and local laws. The firearm must be MA-compliant for transfer.
  • Wait times can vary significantly depending on manufacturer availability and allocation. We will provide an estimated time-frame with your quote.
