What Data We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly to Us

  • Account & Order Information: When you place an order or create an account, we collect personal information such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number.
  • Firearm-Related Legal Information: When using our FFL Transfer or Firearm Request services, you will be required to provide legally necessary information, such as your LTC/FID number and, if applicable, the FFL information for a shipping dealer. This information is required to comply with state and federal firearm regulations.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
  • Analytics Data: We may use third-party analytics services to collect data about your use of our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is anonymized where possible and is used to improve our website and services

  • Payment Processors: We do not store your credit card or direct payment information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, GunTab. We share transaction information with them as required to process your payment.
  • Shipping Carriers: To fulfill your order, we share your name and shipping address with our shipping partners (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Legal & Regulatory Compliance: As a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), we are required by law to maintain certain records. We may be obligated to share information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies, such as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), as required by law or during a firearm trace request.

How Long We Retain Your Data

  • For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
  • For general orders not involving firearms, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses

Please note that records related to firearm transactions are required by federal law to be maintained for a minimum of 20 years. This data is exempt from ‘right to erasure’ requests to ensure our compliance with ATF regulations.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

  • If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
