CFC Tactical was founded out of a genuine passion for firearms, training, and community. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into competitive shooting and deep involvement in the local firearms community. With over five years of hands-on firearms experience and a lifelong career as a successful small business owner, our founder brings real-world knowledge, reliability, and commitment to everything CFC Tactical offers.
Meet The Founder – Terry Zine
Terry Zine is the President of the Holbrook Sportsman’s Club, as well as an active IDPA Safety Officer and Match Director. He’s closely involved in the club’s training and match environment, and he helps keep programs running smoothly and safely.

Terry supports and helps run several programs at the Holbrook Sportsman’s Club, including:
- IDPA Matches (local & regional)
- Low-Light Training
- Steel Challenge
- Bowling Pin Shoots
- Live-fire orientation and safety guidance for new members and visitors
Club Leadership
As Club President, Terry is involved in the leadership side of keeping the club moving forward, including:
- Leading executive board and club meetings
- Coordinating committees and volunteers
- Supporting range operations and a consistent safety culture
- Helping plan the calendar for matches, training, and club events
- Representing the club in the local shooting community
