Use our service to get a quote and availability on any non-firearm item from our network of distributors.

Step 1: Submit Your Request Form

  • Fill out the form below with as much detail as possible about the firearm you’re looking for, including the manufacturer, model, and SKU or UPC if you have it as well as any other additional relevant information on the item. The more information you provide, the faster we can find it.

Step 2: We Source Your Item & Provide a Quote

  • Our team will get to work searching for your item. Once we locate it and confirm availability, we will contact you via email with a complete, all-inclusive price quote. This is a request for a quote, not a final purchase.

Step 3: You Approve & Pay

  • If you approve the quote, we will send an invoice for payment. Once paid, we will officially place the order with our distributor. We will notify you as soon as your item arrives and is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
  • To Initiate the process, please complete our Item Request Form below. Once filled out, wait for confirmation and approval from terry@cfctactical.com.

Step 4: Pickup

  • Once the firearm arrives, the process is one of the following:
  • We contact you to schedule a time for pickup.
  • We ship the requested firearm to you.

Important Considerations:

  • A sourcing fee or a non-refundable deposit may be required for certain rare or high-value items. This will be clearly stated in your price quote.
  • This service is for non-firearm items only. For firearm special orders, please use our Firearm Request Form.
  • Wait times can vary significantly depending on distributor availability. We will provide an estimated time-frame with your quote.
